The first blossoms appear on the apple trees in our orchard in March . . .


    


And soon blossoms are everywhere . . .

    


Soon it will be time to pick the first apples, as Larry surveys the orchard and Sophie, our farm dog, goes in search of more wonderful aromas . . .

    


All of this started quite small  . . .


This is one of our first seedlings, a Myers Limbertwig, circa 1990


But they grew quickly, as these photos of Jim and Nancy taken later that year show . . .

                       


Soon, we had a full orchard . . .                                                                       Which has continued to grow . . .

Now we are able to ship our apples . . .                                                                            And still press enough for cider for ourselves . . .
